RETURN

The item is eligible for return within 30 days, but any return (non-quality issue) over 30 days will be declined.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the shoes are eligible for return within 30 days.

Please contact our customer support team via contactus@dreampairshoes.com for further instruction before you start the return. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

The item must be returned in its original shoe box and remain in its new unworn condition.

We are not responsible for a customer’s "worn" damages.

Items shipped from dreampairshoes.com, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

We only accept returns that Shipped and sold by dreampairshoes.com

We only accept returns of unworn and undamaged shoes with original package.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

 

REFUND

For any problem you want refund, please email us. Our customer service is happy to help you and to work together to resolve any issues.If your refund request is granted, we will directly refund to the original payment method used. It usually takes around 1-3 business days for the money to arrive. If beyond this time limit, please contact your issuing bank for further information.

Refund will be made after our warehouse received and accept the returned shoes.

 

EXCHANGES

Due to varying circumstances, we no longer process exchanges. We encourage you to return for a refund and reorder if you wish to make an exchange. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

 

INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED

If an incorrect or defective item is received, please contact our Customer Service team at contactus@dreampairshoes.com right away and we will have the issue resolved for you. We reserve the right to request for photos of the defective item before we authorize a return. We are not, under any circumstances, responsible for a customer’s "worn" damages (wear and tear, stretching, etc.).
