Can I update my shipping address after I place an order?

Once you have submitted your order, we are unable to change the shipping address. Our fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way to you quickly and efficiently. Your only option would be to cancel your order with our customer support desk (contactus@dreampairshoes.com) and place another order with the new shipping address.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be canceled or modified. If you no longer want the product, please wait until you have received the order shipment and contact our customer support desk (contactus@dreampairshoes.com). Our customer support team will assist you with return instructions.

Can I make an exchange if the shoes are not fitted properly?

Yes! On our website, please head on over to your account and find the order where you can create a return. After your shoes are received and inspected by our team, a refund will be issued. In the meantime, place a new shoe order with the correct sizing.

I received the wrong item or defective item. What should I do?

We apologize and will sort out any issues with incorrect/defective items straight away.

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered or is defective, please send it back to us and once inspected, we'll refund you as soon as it's arrived back at our warehouse.

Does Dream Pairs have a warranty?

We do provide warranty for all our shoes purchased through the website. We cover any cosmetic/quality issues on your shoes up to 180 days since the day of purchase. To request assistance, please contact our customer support desk at 'contactus@dreampairshoes.com'.

How soon will I receive my package?
All orders are will take 3-7 business days to reach you. Due to current measures to protect the safety of our distribution center employees, you may experience delays in order processing and delivery. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships and you can track your order.

What is your return policy?

Footwear may be returned at no charge, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
